Founder

Stacy Sutherland, a native of New York, is the founder of Pave A Path Inc., an organization driven by social responsibility. Her unwavering passion lies in empowering youth and advocating for equity in education.

Stacy's extensive background in the non-profit sector has revolved around the development of impactful youth enrichment programs, promoting mental health awareness, fostering post-secondary readiness, and implementing culturally relevant programming.

As she transitioned to a role at the New York City Department of Education, Ms. Sutherland's commitment to social responsibility only strengthened. She remains deeply devoted to supporting innovative missions that enrich the lives of others, evident in her active participation as a Board Trustee for a Bronx charter school, youth development nonprofit organizations, and a County advisory board.

Embodying the role of a system disrupter, Stacy is resolute in her pursuit of creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive communities. Her vision is to ensure that opportunities for growth and empowerment are accessible to all.
